We have made careful decisions about who our suppliers are, combining the best of organic and local produce with interesting ingredients from around the world, and striving to ensure we are sourcing goods from peope with the highest ethical trading standards, or who promote welfare projects in the countries they work in, without compromising on taste. We are also proud (and extremely chuffed) to have so many incredible artists living around us whose work we are lucky enough to use…
